Staff not cooperative. Not wearing masks. Not fulfilling requirements despite of multiple reminders. Even they increased the rate and were not happy that you provided me the hotel at a low rate.

The hotel's credit card processing system was not working. This made remote payment for the hotel extremely difficult. Never using the hotel again.

Helpful staff, value for money for a 3 star hotel. All the necessary facilities for a business hotel. Food at restaurant also good

It was pleasant but needs improvement as they are charging pretty high.

1. Room has to be changed from 3rd floor to 5th floor because in the same floor there few guests were playing the music too loud. Rather than asking them to behave and respect other guests in the hotel they shifted me to a different floor. This is not professional. 2. In the bathroom I have a ask for the toothpaste in the morning. Should it be not kept before guests come to stay. 3. There was no footwear provided. 4. The electric kettle was not working. When I complained about it they changed it for me immediately but it proves that there was no regular room inspection to make sure every thing is in place and in a working condition.
